1. Overview

BizApps offers GreenLight as a subscription-based SaaS product. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

2. Free Trial

All new workspaces receive a 60-day free trial with full access to GreenLight. No credit card is required to start the trial. We encourage you to evaluate the product fully during the trial period before subscribing.

3. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with GreenLight after subscribing, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of payment: Full refund, no questions asked.
• After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
• Annual plans: If we offer annual billing in the future, refund requests within 30 days of payment will be honored in full.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@bizapps.app with:

• Your workspace name and registered email address
• The date of the charge
• The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your GreenLight workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your workspace will remain accessible until the period ends.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date (except at our discretion)
• Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
• Charges that were disputed through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us
