1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GreenLight ("the Service"), operated by BizApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Description of Service

GreenLight is a cloud-based expense reimbursement and approval workflow platform. The Service allows organizations ("Workspaces") to submit, review, approve, and export employee expense reports.

3. Accounts & Access
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately at support@bizapps.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading expense reports
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or user accounts
  • Upload malicious files or content designed to harm the Service or other users
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Circumvent any security measures or access controls
5. Workspace Administrators

If you are a Workspace administrator, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for managing user access within your workspace
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable employment laws and your company's expense policies
  • You have authority to view and export all expense data within your workspace
6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any files and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant BizApps a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@bizapps.app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted remotely (via videoconference or written submissions). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm while arbitration is pending. Small claims that fall within the jurisdiction of a small claims court are exempt from arbitration.

Class action waiver: All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
